Where do i submit interest gained from a tax refund from 2010 on this years return?
Go to:
Federal Taxes
Wages and Income
then to Interest and Dividends
Just enter IRS and the amount of the interest and no 1099INT is needed (if none issued).

Technically it's the US Treasury, but IRS will work.
