When will turbo tax remove my owed state taxes

Using the "where is my refund" link I found out the IRS has already deposited my full tax return to my bank account 9 days ago. Turbotax says that I still haven't received my tax return and the amount deposited to my bank account does not have the owed state taxes deducted. When can I expect turbotax to update and to deduct my owed amount?

You misunderstood. TT cannot pay your state taxes, nor can they be paid from a Federal refund. You must do so yourself.
