When I filed my taxes through you on March 23rd I did not get a response that it went to IRS. I had trouble sending it. What can I do now?

My computer would not send the e-file out on March 23rd,  I thought it went through .  I have not received any information that IRS has excepted my return.  Can I refile it again threw Turbo tax?

Yes, you may try e-filing it again. Just sign in to your account, click Take me to my return, then click the File tab and follow the onscreen instructions to e-file your return.
