When I file an injured spouse report can I get my whole refund direct deposit

You can get your portion of the refund -- whatever that may be, as computed on the Form 8379 that you'll file with your return -- direct deposited. 

You can request a direct deposit of a refund when you include an injured spouse claim (Form 8379) with your tax return, and you're Married Filing Jointly. 

When you've completed all of your entries on your federal (and state, if applicable) return, you'll be able to choose how you receive your refund is in the "File" section of TurboTax.

Innocent Spouse Relief will not let me file my tax via efile. How do I get that off. Ive try everything I know.
