What to mail with an amended return?

I received a 1098-T after I filed my federal return online. I amended it, but what all do I need to mail with the amended return? Do I need to mail a copy of the 1098-T and a copy of my W-2?

It is too early to amend 2016.

My original return was already processed, and I worked thru filing an amended return on here and printed it (it can be amended, but you can't e-file an amended return, it has to be mailed). I'm pretty sure I need to mail a copy of the 1098-T. Just wasn't sure if I needed to mail a copy of my w-2 since I originally e-filed and didn't have to send it then.
