What is "State Tax on Product"

I just got my federal return today. I chose to pay what I owed TurboTax with the refund so it it came through SBTPG. The total bank fee and the tax preparation and filing fees match my order. However, there is an additional fee that says "State Tax on Product" that SBTPG charged that was not on my TurboTax order. It's not much, only $14, but what is this additional fee and why was it not included with my TurboTax order? Is this an extra fee from SBTPG specifically that I should expect if I choose to pay what I owe to TurboTax with my federal return?

If you had your State refund deposited to your account, it is the refund transfer fee for that. 

If you have any questions, you can do reach out to SBTPG at their Help page.  You can call using the numbers listed, or you can scroll down on the page and click Submit A Request.

I appreciate your response, thank you very much! I did have a state refund deposited.

I do hope in the future, especially for new TurboTax users, that there will be a heads up for this cost on their TurboTax order for this event so they are not caught off guard like I was myself.
