What can I do? I have Exenpt int on line 11 on 1099-DIV. Turbo is asking what state is that from. I call Charles Schwab and they said they don't have that information?

Turbo tax will not let me leave it blank.

Box 11 can only have a dollar amount or nothing.

Delete the 1099-DIV and re-enter. If imported then enter manually.
