Where did the first stimulus payment go to? that is where it is likely the 2nd one will also go to.

for stimulus purposes, it is whatever you placed on line 21 of your 2019 tax return.  if that account is no longer active, a paper check will be mailed to you. 

@MissMCJ - where are you getting "line 35" - there is no line 35 on the 2019 tax return.
