Values appear in Net Change Column before I enter a single change

I am amending my 2019 1040 to report a form 2439 received after e-filing. When I continue from the "Already Filed, Need to Amend 2019" screen to "what do you need to change" the Federal and California refund/due values change. Mind you I have not entered a single value yet. If I go to Print Center to view 1040-X, line 1, column A has a value not found on my 2019 yet line 1, column C equals 1040 line 8b per IRS instructions. I don't know if cells other than line 1, column A are wrong but at this point the form is useless and I have no faith. Is this a known defect in TT Premier Amended Return?
