Unable to amend Schedule E for 2020

I am in Colorado, which allows e-file for amended returns. I have the Premier 2020 desktop version and want to amend my return...specifically my Schedule E (supplemental income and loss) statement where depreciation is being caught up, so line 19 is not editable. for the previous years of catch up depreciation. This causes an issue with the rest of the forms that need updating, such as 8582 and 3115. How can I edit Schedule E manually or even get the program to allow depreciation to be calculated and accounted for? I have already gone to Wages & Income -> Rental Properties & Royalties ->Update->Review->Assets/Depreciation->Residential Real Estate->typed in all info-> chose 0 for depreciation taken to date->Only accounts for 2020 depreciation.
