Turbotax online won't create 1040-X

I'm using FullService as I've done in years past. Trying to amend 2022 tax return and I complete everything told everything looks great, then goes to file and it just returns me back  to the FullService experience without filing or producing the form I need, 1040X. Thoughts? Very frustrating.
