Turbo tax will not let me access federal and state returns that I have already filed. I need to find the files so I can save them as PDFs. How do I do this?

I filed my federal and state returns electronically, from a DVD (Premier).  The federal has already been accepted.  I cannot find my files by searching my hard drive.  Turbo Tax won't give me the option of finding my returns, and when I logged into the Intuit web site I was told that my return had not been filed.  I need these files.
