Turbo Tax Stole My Refund!

So, I filed my taxes for 2022 both state Feb 1st and Jan 31st 2023. It is now March 3rd and no money appeared in the account at any point. So I contact both IRS and state asking what happened, and they concluded that because Turbo Tax filters the returns through their accounts in order to charge me for their service. I still have not received anything from them. Federal was sent out on Feb 8th!! Why is it sitting in Turbo Taxes' bank for a month?!

I just want a live person to help me figure this out because, I NEED this refund. I was counting on this refund. I was promised this refund. I even tried calling the bank in which you guys use to do this process, and their automated call system is DOWN!!!!! How am I supposed to get into contact with anyone in regards to my money?!!
