I am on a work computer so I can't clear anything. I will try at home but I did the same thing last year and for the last 6 and have never had an issue. Is there an issue on your end? I will try a different tax program if I can't get it to work

There have been no known issues with taking payments this year. You can also contact us by phone and we can take the payment by phone.
