Okay so Hi my name is Orlando, I have yet to see my Tax Money from TPG (Tax Products Group), On March 16, 2022 my Federal Refund for amount in $1,437 was supposed to be in my Bank account on that specific day it wasn’t, so after maybe like 3 hours on hold waiting for a IRS representative to open up a call and talk to me, I spoke with Venessa nice lady and she told me the money was returned and sent to TPG and gave me a number to call, mind you this is still on March 16 2022 I spoke with the Tax Products Group and they told me the funds where returned to them which I kinda thought was a lie because I had my bank account for years and I even get my employment money deposited into this account further more TPG had the wrong address on File the address I have not lived in for 3 years straight and I always update my address on my Tax Return and even when I called the IRS to verify my Address they told me the correct and updated address on there system, the Tax Products Group sent out a check to the wrong address I have not lived in for 3 years I’m kinda scared in a way because I’ve been told them to send the Money back to the IRS since the IRS has my updated address on file and plus I don’t want anyone to cash my tax refund but me, it’s May 23 2022 and I keep getting the run around from TPG saying that sending the money to the IRS is not a feature we have available just yet kind you I been told them since March 10 since they sent my money to TPG I’ve been told them to send my money back to the IRS, TPG got my money sitting in there bank account gaining interest on my money when I never got my money yet TPG also told me to call back after the tax season was over April 18 2022 and that’s when they would have the feature available it’s May 23 2022 I just reached them after waiting 2 hours on hold and they told me I got to call back next week since they still don’t currently have that option available. Please help me I got kids and I just lost my job so right now I’m not financially stable where I can just go food shopping or shopping for me or my kids I can’t do neither of those things because I’m broke and I still haven’t received my refund my next step is too contact and attorney if I don’t hear back from TurboTax

TPG is a third party bank that is used by several different tax prep companies. It is not owned or legally related to Turbotax or Intuit. When money is sent back to TPG, though, they usually mail you a check, which could take a few weeks.
That doesn’t even help I don’t want to wait for a check if TPG can’t update my address to my current address not my old address because TPG already sent out a check to the wrong address and since I have a Consumer Account I can’t change my address because I did my taxes myself which makes no sense so again I told TPG to send the money back to the IRS since the IRS has my current address and the refuse they make up this excuse that option isn’t available right now
