The refund turbo tax stole from me

Can someone please send me my 2020 refund. The bank turbo tax uses (sbtpg) just kept it . Not just mine but thousands of other people's refunds too. Why doesn't your bank reply to messages or emails why wont they anser the phone why do you still use them after they robbed thousands of your customers? Why are you still getting people's money stolen with your crime partners sbtpg when can I get my refund
