Tax return error TPG fault when will this be corrected

I filed my taxes on February 3rd and when I went to check everything I was supposed to get 6544 back. A month later I got my return and I was 1400$ short that I was supposed to get and I know this has been happening to a lot of people. When will this be corrected and fixed for me because this is outrageous and inconvenient because this was to pay for my teeth reconstruction and now I can’t
