I file online with turbotax and i was putting it on the card they offered i got the card and activated it and it not showing any money 0$ and i refund was approved i thought when the card came it would be load on to it

When the IRS releases your refund and your status is updated to Refund Sent as seen in the image below, you will see a direct deposit date. Your refund will be deposited to your account on that date.

If you have elected to have your TurboTax fees paid from your tax refund, once the IRS releases your refund, it is sent to Santa Barbara Tax Products Group where your fees are taken out and the remaining balance is then sent to your account the same day.
