tax account transcripts only 7 years

I’m just curious, but I went online and my account transcripts for past 7 years were there- not 10 years like the website said. is this normal? is it a problem?

7 years is normal. the same length of tine Turbotax retains returns.

after 7 years info is permanently deleted. you should keep PDF copies of returns on your computer and since computers or drives

I need to change my direct deposit account number. I have a different account from last year. It won't allow me to change the acct. # ?
