Still awaiting deposit after a date.....

Oh my goodness, this is pure torture at this point. It took a week of preparation the taxes and being rejected because of a form that was NOT available within the program. 2/19 accepted, 3/5 approved, 3/12 deposit date.... Nothing has been sent..... And now I'm not able to access anything and it's not anywhere....
