I e-filed my NJ Tax Return for $26.66. The return was not accepted because the IRS wasn't accepted as well. The IRS wasn't accepted because they said I went over my 5 e-files, which wasn't the case. I called intuit and never had a worse experience with customer service in my life. Since I can't e file the return, I just want a refund that I paid to e-file my NJ return. I have wasted over 2 hours on the phone, probably not worth the fight but now I am pissed off. Last man, you could tell was working from home, could hear young kids in background. After approx. 40 minutes he said he would put me back on hold and get back to me. He pretended to put me on hold but just hung up. I have used turbo tax for probably 15 years but next year I will try another software program.
