State amend accepted federal rejected

I tried amending my taxes after receiving a 4464c letter from irs my state amend was accepted but my federal was rejected should I be worried?

No.  You should not be worried.  IRS Letter 4464C notifies the taxpayer that the Integrity & Verification Operations is conducting a review of the filed tax return. The letter let's the taxpayer know the IRS received his or her income tax return and are verifying the accuracy.

You will receive written notification from the IRS about the results of the review.  If there is information that needs to be corrected on the original return you will be able to submit it.
