Since I e-filed (for the 1st time) do I need to sign a Federal tax return form and mail it in? What about the MO state tax return?

Once you e-file your returns there is nothing more for you to do.

E-filing is just like dropping your returns in the mail, only faster.

You e-file both your Federal and State at the same time.
