Should I refile my tax return if it has been more than 3 days since IRS has not accepted my return

I  have not received an email stating that my return was accepted.

And when you log into Online TurboTax, does it show that your efile status is "pending?"

No, you cannot re-file a return that has an efile status of "pending."

Sometimes it takes longer for a return to be accepted for processing by the IRS, for reasons unknown to me.

No, you can't refile your return if it is Pending. You should sign in to your TurboTax account and make sure that your return isn't Rejected. 

While an email is sent when a return is Accepted, you may not have seen it if it was re-directed to your spam folder. 

If you sign in and see that the status is still Pending, you need to wait until it changes to Accepted or Rejected.
