Yes, if you enter your W-2 manually, TurboTax will use your SSN that you entered in the MY INFO section, so it will be the correct one.
When you get your corrected W-2, keep it with your tax file. Basically, it is just to show that your Social Security withholdings are deposited to your account correctly.
