Should I have filed an amended State Return?

I have posted before asking questions about amending my return because I filed before the tax break was passed and everyone has said I did not need to. But now I see reports that I should of refiled for state. Do I need to amend my State return (DC) and is it too late?

Yes, you should amend your DC tax return for the unemployment exclusion. It's not too late to do it now.
