Should i be able to find my 2017 tax return that i prepared in turbotax but did not pay and print?? I just paid?? How do i find my return to print?

i completed all the information for my 2017 rax return but did not pay Turbo Tax, print or file.  I have now paid Turbo Tax and need to find my tax info so i can print and file.  Please help!

Well ... if you used the 2017 Online program and didn't pay the Online fee then you need to buy the 2017 program to complete the 2017 return.   If you just bought the 2017 downloaded program then you need to contact TT support to get the online program unlocked so you can access the .tax2017 file. 

Contact TurboTax support and speak directly with a TurboTax support agent concerning this situation.
