Second stimulus,is it being sent back to the IRS due to Santa Barbara bank?

I've had the exact problem....I put a tracer on 2 ND stimulus and it shows it went to sbtpg...I submitted a work request in Feb 2022 and haven't had any response...have tried to call numerous times and automated teller won't connect to a live agent....I will not be using TurboTax again

I have done all that tracer of refund shows it went to Santa Barbara....this is bad business especially when you can't talk to a live agent at sbtpg and they don't let u know anything about status of claim nor answer their phone
