Return rejected? How to cancel and get refund?

I used turbotax to double check the numbers my accountant came up with. I liked turbotax better. I had not received notification that my first return had been accepted so I filed with Turbotax. The turbotax file was rejected due to another already being accepted. I spent money to file with turbotax and it was rejected. How do I get a refund from Turbotax as I am going with my original return done by my accountant?

You can't, they don't guarantee the transmission. I had a similar issue with a dependent, who filed a return NOT claiming themselves and I said the SSN already used, so I could not file electronically. I've used TT 2 Decades. NEVER AGAIN
