Refund not seposited in bank

IRS says refund was sent May 1, 2019. Refund was not deposited into bank account.

Once your return is transmitted to the IRS we have no access to your info so here  are the steps to track the refund down. 

1)  check the IRS

IRS:  [phone number removed]  hours 7 AM - 7 PM local time Mon-Fri

2)  then if you were having the TT fees withheld from the federal refund  check with the third party bank...
