Refund advance

I genuinely want to advice anyone who ever thinks of using this app to never do such a thing. As of this moment there are million of users who the IRS believes had got an advance loan and are about to send their refund to the bank that is supposedly given the loans out. Our advance never reflected in the credit karma account they made us sign up for, and most likely our actual refund would be sent to the bank to pay for the loan that we never got. This is just sad and pitiful that a major company is literally SCAMMING us out of our tax refunds. SMH. Nobody seems to have answer with both parties.
