Refund advance was approved. Credit Karma says they don't see the application. Turbo Tax confirms it was approved. Has anyone else been tricked and lied like this?

1. Called Turbo Tax - rep said they could see the refund advance was approved and to call Credit Karma.
2. Credit Karma rep (getting to speak with someone is extremely hard) said they can't see any application, to call Turbo Tax.
3. Tried to do a three-way call, Credit Karma rep hanged up.
4. Second Turbo Tax rep confirmed again the refund advance was approved and asked to give it time. Even though Credit Karma doesn't show a status or anything.

How is this legal? Why do Turbo Tax says refund advance will be available in 4 minutes after acceptance (Credit Karma site says 30 secs!) - yet the reps say it can take 15 days?

Why do they lie about Intuit services integration? Both reps said to call the other company.
