You can track your Federal refund by visiting the Where’s My Federal Refund site here: https://www.irs.gov/refunds. Updates are made daily, usually overnight. You will need your social security number, refund amount, and filing status in order to check the status of your refund.

If the IRS has sent your refund to your card, the IRS asks to allow up to 5 business days for your cardholder to receive your refund. If it has been 5 business days since the direct deposit date posted on the Where's My Refund site, please contact your cardholder to see if it has been received and if it hasn't, feel free to reach out to the IRS for further assistance at 800-829-1040.
