IDNotify is a separate service, you probably got a subscription if you bought one of the Turbotax upgrades or feature packages. You were sent login information from IDNotify. You have to log directly into your account there.

How to file my 2022 taxes when I filed for 2023. I haven’t received any documentation or paperwork about the missed filing. I made under 45k
