Maybe not as long as you think.  

Seems like they are taking that 21 days thing seriously.  After the freeze was lifted on the 15th almost everyone has had movement.  I'm old enough to remember when 6 days to refund after filing was a real thing.  But I know now to be patient and ASSume 21 days minimum for my refund. I filed 2/2 so the 24th for refund release is about right these days.
