I have had the same TT Card for two years and have had paychecks deposited on it by providing the account and routing number that came with the card last year. When I did my taxes this year I provided the routing and account number and no fees were taken out because of free file. Logic would dictate if employers and the IRS can deposit paychecks and tax refunds with the permanent account number issued to the card that the stimulus payment should be deposited in the account with no problem.

There is so much misinformation being given by everyone, because everyone is googling and reddit'ing and Twitter'ing when they get a response from TT they are like "Oh F them they suck, I'm sueing." How the hell are you going to sue if you are on here looking for your stimulus money? Good Luck with that. Turbo tax has said the money is going on the card multiple times.

I really don’t understand how you couldn’t know. You can have PAYROLL on the TurboTax card and get your refund on it but the stimulus...y’all don’t know about..?? The IRS has a statement they just made 20 mins ago on their website that the stimulus check will be deposited into the bank account number and routing number...INCLUDING PREPAID CARDS...isnt the TurboTax card a prepaid card?? It even says on TurboTax website to file with TurboTax to get your refund AND STIMULUS checks faster...soooo isn’t this false advertising? I’m just not understanding how websites are saying one thing but when I called the girl from TurboTax said she didn’t know.???

Ok. I had my fees taken out of my refund (there was not an option to go back at this point or I would not have chosen to do so), yet my own bank information is on my tax form that you said you submitted to the IRS.

Simple question: Will the IRS direct deposit my refund into my account, or will they not? Simple yes or no question, I don't need the company line bull**bleep**.

It says on the RARE CHANCE THE IRS SENDS IT THEY WILL FIGURE OUT HOW TO FIX THAT , it says s if you chose direct deposit disbursement or applied for a new debit card when you filed taxes it will be DD read it's dead ass in the first paragraph

@dquisling  sbtpg has updated their website and now it says that if you got refund on a card it will be issued to that card unless it is a Walmart prepaid and then a couple others I can’t remember. So if you were issued a card from turbo it should go in that

Not a problem I am in the same boat as everyone else I understand but it never helps to panic, even if we don't get them we can change our DD info on Friday

In all honesty no one knows officially, I spoke with a turbo rep this morning and was told whatever card u received ur return will be the card u receive the stimulus on, as well as I just posted a screenshot of sbtga statement basically saying the same...hope that helps
