I agree completely with your statement and do think they will be DD to the TT card. However TT reps should be able to answer questions with factual info in a timely manner! It causes panic in such scary times to do anything less. If HR block folks can get it to the Emerald card I am sure it goes for all pre-paid cards. However TT pushed and trapped many of us into this card in the first place I have an account and wanted to use. However if you tried for the advance they lied about you had to do the card! Sounds like legal action is a must to me.

I too will not be using turbo tax ever again if my money does not come to my card and i know that everyone feels the same a piece of advice turbo tax fix this or you will be going out of business next tax season

So true, they made me get a whole new card this year. I have so many of these cards. They wouldn’t allow me to use my own bank either. We need to take action because they appear to be scamming us.

Don't need any info from them fools, they will probably give it too late anyways...it will go on your card. The irs just needs a routing and account number, they do look on your returns, I know for a fact, the irs is not at fault here, tt is not pleasing the customer's they already have by not answering but yea it will go on your card if it's on your return and valid.

If you're from Kansas like me the emerald cards already showing the deposits I'm going to be keeping my eyes posted throughout the day my s*** better be on my card

I think since the checks are starting to come out, we need to know if our card is going to work for the stimulus check, if not the ones who did the card needs to make changes , some of us is with out work and need that check for bills , when will we know ?

I have read all the comments and I also used turbo tax and had my federal refund deposited onto a turbo tax debit card so answer the question if the government can use this card for our refund deposit they can use it for the stimulus check and if not I will never use turbo tax again and I will spread the word how you all did all of us during a time when we needed our money. Look I am a very intelligent adult and all the reply’s from turbo tax employee is just lame your avoiding their questions so be direct and answer its simple yes we will or no we won’t stop playing with millions of citizens lives

I think we all will just be getting checks or wait till Friday to see what the irs going to do about changing your direct deposit information.Cause we are not getting any answers and everybody else is getting their money besides turbo tax customers  that use the TurboTax prepaid card.Its turbo tax fault for using products that they have no answers for.

Correct...thats all the irs looks at and needs. I had mine put on. People need to be patient and Google stuff.
