I have the same problem as the OP and am using the same online version. I am required to file the form. I completed it when asked. Then when I went to print off everything for review before e-filing, 7203 was nowhere to be found.

Please let me know how I can find it for my own records within the TurboTax Online system. Also, how can we get confirmation that it was included in the e-file?
Thank you.
