When I first started checking the status of my tax refund it said that they were reviewing it but now it's sad that they can't provide me any information

That is actually normal ... as your return moves thru the process and is in between departments that is the message you will get ...  it is good news since you know the return is at least moving thru the process.  Check again every couple of days for new info.
