What is the expected timing of the IRS refunds for the overpayment of ACA premiums for 2020 early filers?

I repaid my ACA premium credits on my tax return which was filed before they passed the rescue act.  The IRS said refunds would be automatically forthcoming. I have yet to receive my refund.  Has anyone else in this eituation received a refund?

refunds have been slow in coming. some have taken more than 7 months. even if you got hold of an IRS agent they probably couldn't give you a date unless the refund check was in the pipeline. millions are waiting.

Now that Congress has added some money to the Treasury, you and the rest may get your refund. Maybe.
