Explain i am new to this card

Good luck I've been on 5he phone for 5 hours and finally got ahold of someone who gave me a number for green dot bank because that's who your suppose to talk to but when I called several times. It said all circuits are busy. So I dont 5hink you can get ahold of anyone. I wont do turbo tax or green dot bank again

I filed my 2019 taxes with turbo tax , I gave my direct deposit info . I have not received a refund. When I check to see when I’m getting my stimulus check it says it doesn’t have my direct deposit info. Why does it say that?

It is not going in the turbo card and there system happens to be messing up at the most inconvenient time. Not using turbo tax next time

Go to the irs.gov/coronavirus an there is a portal now where u can track your stimulus I received my taxes on my turbo card an went to the portal an they wanted me to update my routing an acct an after I did they said it will be deposited into it..

If you received a turbo card, you will need to file your direct deposit information on the irs website. They do not have your deposit information on file
