You don't say if you got an "accepted" message thru TurboTax or if this is from the IRS (Where's My Refund or WMR). You should have received an "accepted" message from TurboTax shortly after filing, so I assume this is from WMR. (If you haven't received an "accepted" message from TurboTax, please reply so someone can direct you to the proper support option. If you haven't visited WMR yet, go to https://www.irs.gov/refunds .)
Once TurboTax transmits your return and it is accepted by the IRS, Intuit has no further control over the return; all refund processing is done by the IRS itself. The IRS has been backlogged on both e-filed and paper returns this tax season due to COVID issues and unprecedented work volume. You can try calling the IRS at 1-800-829-1040, but that number may be overwhelmed as well.
