My state income tax was sent but I recently moved . I put in a change of address with the post office and I have been receiving my mail but I still haven’t received my state income tax

Most income tax refund checks cannot be forwarded by the postal service.  You may wish to contact your state directly and change your address with the state department of revenue or taxation.
