Income tax tracker not updating

Has anybody tried tracking their return and the website and the phone number to call has no record of it even after 21 days? It’s been 4 weeks and the website still has no information on my return. I know I’m putting in the correct information. We even e-filed.

I called today it took her about 25 minutes to locate our return and explain as to why we lost all bars on wmr she said it was pulled for 2 errors they fixed errors and now it processing I would call or contact who ever you filed turbo tax you should see that under efile
