If your return fees were taken from your refund, the IRS does not have your banking information for direct deposit.

You will need to wait for the Treasury to set up the web portal for you to enter the banking information.

"In the coming weeks, Treasury plans to develop a web-based portal for individuals to provide their banking information to the IRS online so that individuals can receive payments immediately as opposed to checks in the mail."
