The IRS issues most refunds in about 21 days, although some returns take more time to review. If it's been longer than 21 days since you e-filed, you may want to speak directly to IRS to find out more about the delay.

I received my refund back in February but I amended my return to add a dependent and it shows adjusted on IRS website. Does it get direct deposited or do I get a check?
