I am to receive my tax refund on February 26 2020

I found it, if your using a phone, turn it sideways and it’ll show up. 🤦🏻‍♀️

Same and I have been with them for years and never had a problem!

I was just on hold for 3 hours and the phone just hung up

When i just called back earlier it said pending direct deposit now it’s just saying direct deposit so does that mean they have sent it to my bank

There still isn’t any account numbers by my refund amount.. I’m so fustraded till i haven’t even eaten today. My husband been fussing all day saying don’t worry but how can you not

To anyone who had their acct and routing numbers show up: did you receive it yet?

Nope, I didn’t receive it at all yet, just shows account and routing number. It shows it next to amount paid to you, then it has a spot that says method, that’s where it shows my banking info. I could not find it until I turned my phone sideways making the screen bigger.

I do see my bank info on the TPG website , (routing and account #s) but checked my bank and still no deposit, but it also says "please allow 1-2 business days to process" , I GUESS ILL JUST WAIT TIL FRI TO RAISE HELL. turbo tax needs to relay this info , i will not use them nxt year and I will pay for my taxes upfront.

I did, I waited like 20 minutes on hold, I wasn’t interested spending my afternoon on hold so I just hung up. Figured I’d just keep checking my bank account like some sort of crack head all day.

@Tenfam @Okay cause earlier when i called it said pending deposit but now it just say deposit

I see my bank info on there as well now.  Most likely we'll get them super late tonight or tomorrow morning.

mine finally just said the routing and account number also hopefully the money will be in soon.

Where did you find your bank information? I don’t see anything but the amount of my refund, when SBB received it and when it was supposedly sent to me.
