Try contacting the Prepaid TurboTax Customer Service. To speak to an agent, follow the steps below:

select option 2 to continue using the automated system
option 1 for lost stolen or never received
option 2 for not received
The system will then prompt you for your social security number.

**Mark the post that answers your question by clicking on "Mark as Best Answer"
