Estimated Acceptance Date for E-File has passed

Dear Community:

I received an email with an estimated acceptance date provided by Turbo tax for my E-File of February 12, 2021.  That date has now passed and the return has not been accepted.  If your return transmitted but is not accepted within 48 hours what should you do?

It hasn't been 48 hrs yet since Feb 12.  And it can take a few days when the IRS first opens for efiling, so please wait a bit longer.
