Can I check if my bank info when through

I put my bank info so the IRS  can take out $25/ month but now it’s says I need to pay the full amount

If it doesn't show up on your bank statement/web site - then it didn't happen; that's your only proof of a completed transaction. IRS may not have received, accepted, or approved you application for a payment plan. 

If IRS says you didn't pay, and your bank says you didn't pay - you didn't pay.
